Beef Stew

I made beef stew by using demi-glace sauce

Raw egg on rice and Pot-au-feu plate

I had raw egg on rice with natto kimchi and miso soup.

Pot-au-feu is placed with cheese toast and salad.
I dip a silice of toast in it and the taste was nice.

Bacon egg toast and homemade Tiramisu

My favorite breakfast menu is bacon egg toast.
It is simple to make, but the tatste is nice.

I haven’t had made Tiramisu by myself because I’not used to making authentic dessert.
This is the first time.
I put cherries on the plate with it.
